How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). To cancel, go to your device's subscription settings: on iOS, open Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Continuous; on Android, open Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > Continuous. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Can I use Continuous for free?
Yes! You can explore with one free pack of each type — AI Coach, AI-Generated, and Write Your Own — no subscription required. When you're ready for more, a subscription unlocks unlimited packs, automatic prompt refresh, and all 50+ AI coaches. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial.
How does AI pack generation work?
Continuous offers three ways to create packs of prompts. AI Coaches: browse 50+ coaches across 5+ topics — each one generates prompts tailored to you. AI-Generated: describe any topic in your own words and the AI writes a pack for you. Write Your Own: create packs entirely by hand. You can edit, rearrange, or delete any prompt in any pack, and mix methods freely.
Is my data private?
Absolutely. Accounts are anonymous by default — no name or email required to get started. We don't sell your data, we don't track you across apps, and we use only anonymized analytics. Your prompts and packs are stored securely and are never shared with third parties.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account and all associated data from the app's settings (Profile > Delete Account). Alternatively, you can email us at hello@trycontinuous.ai and we'll process the deletion within 30 days. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible — all your packs, prompts, and preferences will be removed.
